He worked with me and my insurance company to get the best cost (and within my budget). On the day the job was to be done, the roofing crew and foreman were very punctual and the work being done was very efficient. The crew had all the roofing installed and all exterior work done in one day as promised. The second day was for boxing in the skylights on the interior and this was completed in about half a day. All-in-all, Rogers did a fantastic job and I will be using them again for my windows and entry doors.

"We recently had a Turtle Shell metal roof installed by Home Improvements USA. The process was very smooth and professional. Justin answered all of my questions promptly and followed up with me without being pushy. We had another high pressure salesman from another company that also manufactured and installed metal roofs, when I cut that guy loose he asked who we were going with and did not try to talk us out of the Turtle Shell product. During installation care was taken to protect the rest of our property from construction debris and the job site was left clean each day. They also did not rush through installation as I see many roofers do and instead took their time to do it right. During and after photos attached."

When we were ready, he provided an approximate date to begin and end the work. His roofing crew was friendly, professional and hard-working. They listened to any questions I had and tried to accommodate us. Mike was in communication every day of the project and very interested in making sure we were completely satisfied. Because of the size of the roof, it became a two-day project and Mike was apologetic. We never considered it a problem and the crew started before 7:00 am every morning. There were a few extra things provided by Mike and his crew, some tree trimming, a couple of nails tidying up a sagging garage door and a little extra cleanup around the house. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
