I had 2 plumbing companies come and each one had a different opinion and quoted high prices. My third estimate was by Brody. He was a good listener & very polite. He tested my plumbing and found the problem was a cracked pipe under the toilet. He had to jackhammer the floor, fix the pipe and re-cement the floor. He put plastic on the door ad kept the dust contained and cleaned everything when he was done. I was so pleased with his work and affordable prices, I decided to do a remodel of the bathroom. He removed my tub and installed a large shower, new vanity, toilet, and floor. It looks wonderful! He worked according to my schedule, gave me his expert opinion, and cleaned up daily. I am so happy with the results & his price. I would definitely be using his services again!"

From demo to completion, the work was done in 9 days that included some delays due to rain. New deck looks great. "Mark may be the most responsive person I've dealt with in financial services.  He answers the phone when you call.  He responds to e-mails quickly.   He is available whenever you have a question - and I had questions at 6:30 in the morning, 8:00 at night, and on Saturdays and Sundays and I never had trouble reaching him.  He works very hard to find the best rate and terms for your individual situation.  He'll make recommendations and suggestions, but I never felt as if he was pressuring us in any one direction.  He allowed us time to think about things, talk it over, and make a stress-free decision.  Once the application was submitted things moved very quickly and smoothly.  The appraiser showed up when he was supposed to, approval came quickly, and then an individual came to the house for the actual closing.  Can't get much easier than that.  And as a bonus, the Angie's List coupon saved us $400.  I'm not sure rates can go much lower than they are now, but if they do and we decide to refi again, I'm calling Mark."

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
