"Their crew did a great job even though only one of them could speak a little bit of English. I think they are all from South America which is fine. Shingles look good when they was done, great flashing job around the chimney, replaced carport roof cause it was rotted and did a good job and cleaned up all the debris good. Overall I was pleased with the work. My only complaint is that after the company is paid this is the last you will hear from them no matter how many times you try and contact them to call you back. Even the GAF roofing warranty papers they have not sent me even though they said they would. And the salesman did call on his own and left a message that he would mail the warranty to me, but I never got them even after I called about it several times and left messages.. So good roof work, but terrible customer service after they are fully paid. It's one of those things they know you will never call them again since I am 59 and will probably be dead before I need them again. Would I call them to do the work again if I am still hear for next roof....yes I probably would, but I will make sure everything I am supposed to get I do before I make final payment."

"Excellent! Fence was stick built with 2 gates. End result is a sturdy, straight, attractive fence with 2 gates which do not drag or get hung up on the ground. This is the third fence I’ve had built in different locations and by all means this is the best looking and most stable (no wiggle) I’ve ever had. Would hire again without hesitation."

"We had a pipe break in our second floor bathroom. We were able to stop the leak the morning after the leak happened, and we called our insurance, and they told to call S I restoration. They sent out a crew of 4 or 5 people, tore out the carpet, and set up fans that eventually dried everything out. We started to notice that it was a while before anyone from SI restoration would come in and actually start the restoration. The demolition crew was very prompt, but not the restoration crew. When they finally would come out, they would only work for 2-3 hours and then they would disappear. The work they did was very good. The bad news is that they would send out workers and there would be very inexperienced supervisors of the workers that would come out. When the supervision is bad, the workers don't seem to work all that hard. We complained to our insurance agent because we hired them upon his recommendation, he was disappointed in them. We tried to talk to the owners, but they were out of town, and the people that they sent were so inexperienced, it was nearly impossible to work with them. We simply wanted to get the work done. My husband complained to the company and things improved from there. From there, the work started to pick up. One thing that really upset me was that they turned in hours into the insurance company that both myself, and the inexperienced supervisor knew wasn't accurate. The good news again, is that once they finally completed the job, was that it was a very good job. The bad news was that it was very poorly managed."

Have tan trim on house tried to put white on did not do good job flashing chimmey looks like crap the roof and siding did a good job did not do the work I paid him to do lots of short cut and not done right. "Contrary to other reviews I have seen on this page, I hired McNeely Construction, to put a roof on our home. My understanding is McNeely did use GAF 50 Year Shingles. Mike personally seen this job through. Phone Calls, emails and even stopped by our house when they finished the job (it took 1 Work Day for McNeely to do this job). I inspected the premises when I got home from work. I did not find any loose shingles or loose nails on the ground anywhere. The roof was over and above what I expected and he reflashed our addition where the previous roofer screwed up. The clean up was unbelievable. As such, Mike was paid in full without incident. Normally, roofers request a deposit, payment and final payment when the job is over. I used to work for a roofing company and understand people do not like to make the last payment beacuse each payment is split into 1/3. If nobody makes the last payment they cannot expect for any roofer to be eager to fix or warranty any issues that routinely develop with a fresh install or develop over time. Overall, I am very pleased with the expedited work and the roof itself. I would highly recommend on promptness and price."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
