"Bob is very fair. He replaced the tree and removed the dead tree. I insisted on paying half of the cost of the tree. We argued back and forth and he finally agreed to let me pay half. He is trying to earn a living after all....The tree he replaced is the same type as before and so far it looks great. I have had no problems. "first of all William is a great guy and someone I have no problem with hiring again.  woke up this morning to find my front sprinklers on maybe since the timer set in about 2am went to the shutoff valve but it took me forever to get the water turned  off. called William who had worked for me previously we set up a mutual time to have him come over & he was here on time immediately began to access the problem & I left him to his work  upon completion he informed me that the valve installed previously was defective and the issue wasn't my fault & that I owned him nothing I offered to pay his labor charge but he said there was no need it was a follow up & not my problem a lot of vendors would have probably tried to gauge me some more but not William he took responsibility of the issue fixed it & no charge. for that I will always appreciate his service. contact him if you have similar issues he's the best     "
