"Beware, this guy is very unprofessional, rude, and is a scammer. He doesn't have a business card and won't give his last name. He refused to give an estimate for his work despite multiple requests. He and his assistant fixed a leak on the roof, some indoor ceiling damage, and re-cemented a few bricks outside. Then he argued loudly for an unreasonably high price before leaving for the day. I gave him less than he asked for, but more than he deserved, and he refused to come back to finish the job (paint touch up). I would not hire him again and do not recommend him.
