"Tenant called on the Friday after Thanksgiving when most people would not have been in the office.  Thank goodness All Star was!  Their first available appointment was the following Tuesday between 7 and 8am; they were there when they said they would be and discovered a "sticky" circuit breaker.  They were able to unstick it and recommended replacing the electrical panel which is old and does need to be replaced.  But they did not go into a long song and dance about that, thank goodness!

In fact, they told us what we actually need versus what companies might tell us we need. They worked diligently from the time they arrived until the time they left and proved extremely knowledgeable about their craft. We asked for an upgrade on our electrical panel, so we paid them a bit outside the deal.
