"Very nice people. I would have given them 5 stars but the discount offered to me unsolicited was not honored. The amount I’m talking about is 10s of dollars so not extremely material to my financial situation. It is the principle of it! So if you use them make sure you get a written quote that has the discount stated. Again a discount was not brought up by me, they asked if I fit any of their categories and then at that point I was told I would get a certain percent off. On the day of the move I even had to bring it up since the movers knew nothing of the deal that was agreed to. The mover tried to justify not getting what was agreed to by putting it on me that I got 3 movers instead of 2. So I did end up paying for less than 3 hours when the estimate of the one bedroom apartment move would be 3-4 hours to move at $155 per hour. How many movers that were sent was not based on my need or request it was based on their needs for the day. Since I could not contact their office I asked the mover to contact the person who set up my move so we can settle the issue. He either couldn’t or would not. So bottom line is consider them when getting quotes but make sure all is in writing before selecting. Each mover was given a $20 cash tip($60 total)"

"Initial contact was ok but the gal was a recent hire and could not or would not due to policy answer all my questions. I asked for a price range because if I felt they were too expensive I would not waste my time or their time. Not getting any price range, I set up a time for someone to come by and give me a quote. <br /> <br />The person who came by to give the quote was punctual and professional and took the information required. <br /> <br />I got a call from them with a price of $248 which seemed very high. Decided to call some glass repair places in the yellow pages and found a place on Gunnison and Circle that fixed it all for $75. <br /> <br />The folks at Complete Window Care are very nice but their prices are way too high. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"It went well; all turned out nicely. They did a good job overall. There still some dust downstairs from the shower pan removal due to jack hammering, I just need to finish cleaning it up. We are also awaiting a shower door that was ordered toward the ending of the remodel rather than reusing the existing shower door. The majority of the cost was for labor and tile."

He also resurfaced the shower pan, sealed the wall panels, and primed and painted the entire bathroom. His work was inventive and first quality. He's given our old trailer new life."
