He was able to come out 2 days after I called (it wasn't an emergency) and asked me to text photos of my toilets in advance so he could bring the right parts, which he did. Inspected all 7 issues I wanted looked at, explained that 2 didn't need fixing, 1 couldn't really be fixed without a bigger reconfiguration I wasn't ready to do at the time, and fixed my remaining 4 issues quickly and easily.
