"I got a call from R & E Chief Septic llc after contacting Angi’s List, they asked if I knew the location of the tank and I said yes but it was buried, the woman on the line said they would get the drawings from the county, that same day I got a call from Juan one of the employees and he said he was going to stop buy and mark the location, I was not home but when I got home I could see white flags in the yard. They also recommended installing an above ground cover for the next pump out. I got 2 more estimates and they were all higher and neither company offered to come out and mark the tank. We went with R & E Chief because of the great up front customer service. Need to give a shout out to Juan, Fredy and Paco they did an excellent job. And also the woman who answered the phone. So if you need septic work done, put this company at the top of your list. Ron Welch"

"This company has charged me over 4000 dollars in Maintenance charges which I paid I have all my Receipts stating I don’t owe them anything they charge me 200 dollars for a celling leak which they came out to look at it didn’t fix the issue they also charged me 900 dollars to put carpet down in my front room not the whole house 900 dollars is Ridiculous I have reached out to them Several times dispute these charges by emails letters phone calls keep getting the manger chade lane will give me a call I waited months so I took matters into my owe hands I reach out to the Better business bureau Maryland legal aide the attorney General they all wrote letters emails on my behalf asking for Documentation for the balance dunne Wright saying I owe which they couldn’t Produce if I owe the balance what’s hard about sending over paperwork this company is very shady I don’t understand how they are still in business if you google this company you will see they had a class action law suite against them in 2016 for doing the same thing they doing to me to other tenants"

"Nate was fast, courteous, knowledgeable and on time. He even helped us out by offering a coupon we didn’t know about. When I went online to research our options, Mr. Rooter responded immediately and came out the same day. Not only was it a Sunday but it was also Father’s Day & they dnid not charge extra. Could we have found someone cheaper? Probably, but we had the faucet all ready to be installed and then ran into complications such that we realized my husband wasn’t going to be able to finish installation and they were ready and willing to help us out. We’d definitely use them again."
