"In the landmark, he did luxury vinyl flooring for me."

"After having my existing floors refinished very poorly by another company, I knew I would not be using them to sand and stain brand new unfinished hardwood that I had installed in the rest of my house. I had called Sal based on a recommendation from a contractor. He came to my house the same day and gave me a very reasonable estimate shortly after he left. He was very responsive and easily reachable for any questions I had before and during the work. His crew was neat, effective and did a beautiful job on my new floors. My only regret is not calling Sal sooner and hiring him for the first job. I would highly recommend him and his company and I plan on using them to redo the terrible job that was done on my other floors."

"they were great! large apartment floors in bad condition, did a beautiful job in the time agreed reasonable price."

"Great job done removing two worn old carpets and polishing up the floors beneath. Very happy with the results."

"I am Rich Sciborâ s biggest fan. I hired him initially to install luxury vinyl plank flooring in my kitchen, but I liked him and the work so much that for the next several months I had him return again and again to refresh nearly all aspects of my aging house: walls, floors, lighting, paint, furniture (refinish), deck, locks, etc. Rich is professional, punctual, personable and reliable. He works efficiently and to the highest standards. In short, heâ s the best thing to ever happen to my much-neglected home!"

"Couldn't be more happy with the finish product, very clean and precise. Preparation and service was managed at a professional rate of performance."

"This was our second time working with Victor and his team. We had a new front door installed, a new pocket door installed, new hardwood floors and trim installed in our family room and foyer, and had both rooms painted. They did an amazing job and we are pleased with the quality of work! We look forward to working with them on future projects that we have!"

"He responded immediately. Helped with multiple projects. Very professional and knowledgeable in his work. Very respectful. Very reasonable in cost in material and workmanship. Highly recommended"

"Danny was amazing! Unlike other contractors who pass the job on to someone else, Danny was personally involved in the entire project from start to finish and made sure everything was done right. His communication was always quick, and he really knows his stuff when it comes to flooring. He made sure the job was completed neatly and everything was left clean. After a bad experience with another general contractor for flooring, Danny did a fantastic job for us. I highly recommend him, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for any future flooring needs! "Juan is super friendly and helpful. This is the 2nd time I've hired him. This time he replaced some Ventana, painted and installed a replacement storm door. His prices are reasonable. He's efficient, responsive and always cleans up when finished . Definitely would hire again."
