Our story began over two decades ago when my father, a seasoned contractor, decided to turn his passion for home renovation into a family business. With over 30 years of industry experience, he laid the foundation for Starz Home Remodeling. His knowledge and expertise became the cornerstone of our company's success. We understood early on that to thrive in this competitive market, we needed to continuously improve our skills and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the home renovation industry. "Team did not know what they were doing, always confused. Starz overquoted and underperformed. They used nails instead of screws, causing deep holes, missing nails, loose ends, cheap, splintered wood, and deck was 50 inches tall, requested 52. There were various cuts in the wood, wood splitting, a piece of wood loose where they cut the post hole and didn't secure it to the deck. For the pool, they used regular sand, not compaction sand. The bottom of the pool is bumpy. They put the pool coves behind the uprights holding the frame firm. They had to take the pool apart to take out the coves and put back the uprights. The first time they installed the pool, it was 2 inches higher than the deck. They broke down the pool and removed sand on one side to meet up with the deck. The pool is lopsided and water is 6 inches deeper on one side. I had to pay an additional $300 for them to reinstall. The second time they installed the pool, it still did not flush with the deck. I have to redo it all."

"Wilfrido is both an excellent craftsman and a business professional. Our project required resizing a kitchen island, rebuilding all our cabinet drawers and cabinet doors, removing some existing upper cabinets to replace them with open shelves, and replacing the plywood decking prior to installation of new quartz countertops. After an initial consultative visit, Wilfrido provided a comprehensive quote which described in great detail the scope of work to be completed, estimated timelines, and costs. His quote far exceeded the detail we have ever seen from a home contractor. Once we approved the work proposal, Wilfrido’s communication of work dates, etc., was excellent and he always kept to the schedule. He was also great about communicating during the project and accommodating changes both within and in addition to the defined scope of work. Wilfrido takes pride in his work and brings a pleasant attitude every day. We are completely pleased with the quality of the work he completed. The workmanship is beautiful, the soft close drawers and doors work smoothly, and the construction is rock solid. We will definitely call Wilfrido for any future carpentry needs."
