"I had some settling issues with my foundation, and Jacob from FSS did a thorough evaluation of the problem. I had already had six different companies come by, so I was getting familiar with the routine. What impressed me about the FSS solution was that they could actually stabilize the foundation, putting it on piers that would not shift in the future, unlike the other companies. When the installation crew arrived (Thomas, Timothy and Kennen), they brought along some really impressive galvanized steel hardware. The installation crew was clean and very meticulous about the details, making sure everything was installed correctly. After the foundation was stabilized and leveled, another crew came to do a polyfoam injection under the foundation to fill the air gap left by leveling the foundation. This way the entire foundation is supported, and not resting just on the edges. Overall, I was very pleased with the work. They were certainly not the cheapest, but then, you often get what you pay for."

"Well, it's been 6 weeks since we had our new windows installed by the Guardian Windows Team. And from estimate to installation to the comfort of living with the 29 new windows, we could not be happier. Matt, Andre, and Darrell rocked the installation in 3.5 days. "Excellent. I shopped around to several different companies looking for price and quality of service for 17 windows I was having replaced on our home. Zeus Windows price for the quality of window was very competitive and about $20,000 less than the leading replacement widow company. "Gulf Coast took on an extremely difficult window replacement project in our 4 story stucco townhome. Many windows are 6 feet tall. They specified a high quality composite Paragon window. The windows fit great and the installers were wonderful people being very careful to install our new windows and seal them right. We had a few minor issues as expected on a job this complex and Gulf Coast worked to make the job perfect even getting the window manufacturer to visit our home. We are very satisfied! Can't say enough positive things about my experience with Window City from the initial meeting to the install. I was in need of replacing all 11 of my old metal windows in my ranch style home. After getting 4 different bids I choose Window City - what a great choice!! Greg walked me through the product details, the estimate was really the final cost!! Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable of their craft and VERY respective of my personal property both inside my home and outside. Ron and Elijah did the install - they are very hard working, know what they're doing, work very well together, professional, respective of property, cleaned up after they were done and I don't know how they managed to finish the job in the pouring rain. They kept everything dry but themselves. They should really be commended for their fantastic efforts to get the job done in one day!!

"A HUGE PLUS: They did not require a minimum number of windows to be replaced like some companies that won't quote you unless you are doing at least 3 windows and have all decision-makers home to listen to a sales pitch. They did an excellent job on the 2 windows we wanted done. They did not leave a mess or any glass hazards. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. The only negative, thus the 4.5 rating on customer service, was that they don't keep you informed if they are running late for the appointment."
