They found the issue and repaired it very quickly and reasonable. A while back we decided to have the original soffits and porch ceilings replaced. They were in bad shape and it turns out that the builders of this house used Masonite, which did not hold up well. M&M gave us a reasonable bid to replace everything with Hardiplank so we will never have to worry about deterioration. We also had them paint the house and they did their usual excellent job."

"Jose responded quickly to the inquiry and scheduled a time to come out and look at what we need, We had to replace siding on our garage and parts of the house, then paint and install gutters, All work was done as described in the contract, The crew arrived each day on time and did high quality work. "I called to make an appointment for an estimate and the gentleman came out to my house the same day! We scheduled for a couple days later and he arrived right on time! He pressure washed my driveway, sidewalks, back patio and side of house. The gentleman (Gearold) was very polite and professional and answered all of my questions. We are VERY pleased with the results and will definitely be using their services in the future!! We would highly recommend their business!!"

Three (3) man painting crew, supervised by Alex, spent three full days on property during some of the hottest temperatures of the year.  Alex, and each of his helpers, arrived first thing Monday morning and went to work washing the surfaces to be painted.  Thirteen years of dirt and grim were washed away to ensure the new paint would properly adhere.  Painting commenced Monday afternoon with the south side of the house completed before the crew left for the day.  Alex and his crew were back at 7:30 AM Tuesday morning.  The east, north, and west side of the house were painted on Tuesday.  Wednesday was spent applying a second coat of paint to ensure complete coverage.  All door handles and locks were taped to keep the paint off and many windows were covered with plastic to ensure no overspray.  All tape and paper was removed upon completion of the work and all trash was picked-up at the end of each day. The completed work confirmed Alex was a professional at his job.  The exterior of the house has never looked better.  I would not hesitate to call Silver Oaks Residential Services for other repair/improvement work I have planned for the future.

As for the people who want to arrange your install. I recieved a voice mail while grocery shopping from the installation scheduler. Listening to the VM and finding out who it was, I called back and was greeted by a man whom I found to be very short, rude, talking over me, talking AT me, and insisted I called "Them" in the morning to find out what time they were to be there to install instead of them calling me ( the customer ), letting me know a window as to what time they would arrive. I then told him ... well that's not customer service then now is it. He then said that they don't call. That's not something they do. (What?)
So, needless to say, it doesn't do any good to call and speak to a manager or owner Jim supposedly, or report to the office. They could care less if a customer had been treated unprofessionally by an employee, ( "gosh, I didn't hear anyone of my employees raise their voice....") , like surely, surely lady you must be mistaken....gosh my guys couldn't possibly be the royal "jerk" you are describing because I didn't hear anyone raise their voice....OMGosh... really? So in your eyes Mr. LLC someone must be raising their voice to be a jerk? Must be nice to have so much business that you just don't care how the hades your employees behave.
