"Alex showed up on time each day and provided a professional product and service. Even though the installation was on the third floor, Alex insisted in cutting the product in the first floor garage to keep the dust and debris to a minimum. This required him to trek up and down two flights of stairs to complete the task. He was very meticulous in his installation and helped to clean up the work site after. Laminate brands listed on their website are not what are offered actually, which surprised us. They primarily use local brands, and the finished work looks very good and much like real wood. Follow up has been just okay, as the checkup after the.job was completed hasn’t happened yet after two months. Maybe too busy with new projects. Will wait and see for their follow up call."
