"Wanted to get a quote to repair one section of our fence that was beginning to lean/fall down before selling our house. Mark came out and was prompt and friendly. He was also very honest about the timeline of when he would likely be able to do the work. Unfortunately it was much later than our closing date, but when I asked if he would transfer/extend the quote to the buyers, he said that would be no problem. I would consider hiring Mark if we ever do need any fence work done and have suggested him (Qual Line Fence) to our buyers."

"Overall, our experience with Action was great. They were prompt in returning our phone calls and scheduling service. We had positive interactions with the owners and the quote they gave us was less than their competitors. The employees who installed the fence did leave some trash and fence remnants around our yard, which was slightly irritating to have to clean up after their personal garbage. However, they did a great job and the fence looks awesome. We would recommend them to anyone and would use them again in the future. <br />"

"I would HIGHLY recommend Ray and his team at DRH. They did excellent work and were professional and cleaned up everything before they left. I absolutely love my fence and have received many compliments on it."

"Great job! They gave me a quote for the work and advised me on the tree that would need to be removed, then when I emailed them that my yard was ready, they had me on the schedule and the work completed within two and a half weeks. They put the gates exactly where I requested them, and it looks to be a very secure, solid fence"

"I called A.H. Remodeling for a bid in January, and Andy came in the lowest out of the three contractors I talked to by $10k-$15k. He keeps it simple--there's no designer or fancy computer-generated models--and that's why I went with him. Andy works with an Amish cabinet builder who had great recommendations for cabinet layout and style, and Andy himself brought a bunch of fantastic ideas to the table. (He suggested a soapstone counter top for my island, which wasn't even on my radar. I went with it, and it's gorgeous.) <br /> The entire project took about 5.5 weeks to complete, with Andy's two-man team in the house every day. I saw immediate progress, and Andy kept me up to speed on what they'd be working on most days. The quality of the work--from the flooring, painting, and trim to the cabinets and counter tops--was truly outstanding. I only had two things I wanted them to fix up before they wrapped up the project, and one of them was already on their list to do. <br /> The team's clean-up at the end of the project was well beyond what I expected. There wasn't a bit of dust left in the kitchen. It couldn't have been cleaner if I'd done it myself. <br /> They posted some photos on their Facebook page if you'd like an example of the work. Turned out better than I imagined! <br /> https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=710590685649156&id=323644914343737"

"The trainer they sent was very friendly and informative. My issue was that we purchased three one-hour lessons, with the option to purchase more. Those one hour lessons amounted to about 15 minutes each of actual working time with the dog. At the end of our three day period, the trainer was confident that we no longer needed training. Our dog would stop where she should and we were done. I told the trainer that she still breaks out when she sees a bird, rabbit or squirrel. I told this to him at the beginning of the third lesson. He told me, "I'm in this area a lot, give me a call and I'll up the shock (from the collar) if it's still a problem." A few weeks went by and it was still a problem, so I finally called IF of Badgerland. They told me that it would be an $80 (I believe that was the price) for someone to come out and up the correction. OR, I could mail the collar in. I was so dumbfounded that they were going to charge me $80, that at that moment I couldn't do anything. The trainer made it seem, like no big deal, he'd stop by. A year later (and the collar at it's max) our golden retriever still breaks the fence when she sees something. That's not their problem, it's just frustrating. We started with IF in Virginia, paid a $500 training fee, and they came out three times <em>after </em>training was complete- at no charge, to work with our bloodhound at the time that kept breaking through. That was about 10 years ago. Maybe the Virginia franchise is more accommodating, but I feel like IF is all about nickel and diming the customer at this point. <br />"

"The overall experience was excellent. From the moment they came for the initial consultation, from the follow up service that was needed when I changed my mind about the fence requirements and they had to re-do the quote, to when they handled all the paperwork seamlessly that Veridian Homes requires, they were always pleasant and responsive. The timelines they gave for all aspects of the fence materials, construction, and follow up service were accurate and met. I was very happy with the appearance of the fence afterwards. It was beautiful. I did not shop other competitors for pricing, but I believe for the quality of the job and materials and the labor involved it seem to be a more than reasonable price. Update in 2022: There was a strong wind that blew furniture off of my neighbor's patio and also separated part of a panel of my fence. I had requested that some adjustments be made and they answered my call and said they would be out within a week! 7 years after the initial installation!! They could not be a better company to do business with, both during and after the sale."
