I called and the next day Guy was in my home assessing my situation. The next day I had a reasonable quote and the next week he was ordering my new boiler. He installed a new boiler and water tank in a day and a half! With his two employeesâ ¦.Frank and Carl. All these guys are amazing. Full disclosure I am a pain in the behind retired police officer. I ask all the silly questions. And Guy answered them all. This experience with our new boiler could not have gone better. I could go on and on. I highly recommend them for any plumbing situation."

"Discovered our 6 yo gas water heater developed a leak. Decided to call on these guys as they provide the annual maintenance for our A/C and furnace. Called early AM and they were able to have a service technician on-site within 3 hours. After inspecting the tank and finding the source, the technician proposed the replacement options. Although most seem costly, the technician did a great job of explaining the work involved and how much time it would take. After doing some research, I went with these guys....and everything went to plan. Was able to schedule an appointment that worked for our schedule. The same technician came back out with another colleague. The entire job took about 5 hours. They answered all my questions. And they worked very neat. Yeah, they weren't the 'cheapest.' But, they corrected some previous issues, worked efficiently and completed the job correctly and in relatively quick time. They new exactly what to do and how to do it. Very good experience. "I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."

"This was probably my best experience on Angie's List. I woke up and noticed there was no hot water in the house. Went to the basement and noticed the hot water heater was leaking. I called up Advanced Professional Plumbing, told them what was going on and gave them the specs of the hot water heater. 20 minutes later a technician showed up (a very nice guy named Joey). He inspected everything and showed us the cause of the issue. He gave us a few options on what to do and we decided to replace the 75 gallon hot water heater. Within an hour, Joey came back with Sam and they replaced the old water heater with a new one. They were both professional and got the old hot water heater without making a mess and replaced with a new one. After the job was done, Joey tested all the bathrooms out to make sure the pressure was good and we paid and they were on their way. They were fast, efficient, explained everything and it was a great price. You really can't beat that. Your hot water heater breaks down on a Saturday you are not expecting hot water for the rest of the weekend but Advanced Professional Plumbing delivered. I appreciated the office following with me to make sure everything went. Just an overall class business."

"Installers arrived on time and everything went smoothly. Had to have them back a couple of times to balance out the rooms. Some were not cooling properly. After the third time they finally got it right. First technician was a younger guy who was not keen on going into the attic since it was hot up there. He didn't know what he was doing. Second guy the same. Third guy was an older tech that I made a comment about it being hot in the attic and his comment was that this was his job no matter the conditions. Very professional. Should have sent him the first time."
