"One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."

They made an appointment right away, gave us a ballpark cost based on a potential design, gave us a timeline on their availability and were extremely professional. After deciding to use them, they provided a digital design to help us review how it will look. Several days prior to installation they advised the date and the office ladies sent an email as well. On the day of installation they did exactly what they said and cleaned the area prior to leaving. After the job was done, Crayton stopped by to ensure we were happy with everything.
