He was very polite, patient, professional and answered alllll my questions, as they arose, in a timely manner. 2 polite young men, Ardit and Ricardo, showed up on the date of the project on time and ready to work. "Very pleased. Dennis arrived exactly at 9:30am as scheduled. Our carpet is 17 years old and we are preparing to put the house up for sale. He ran into problems with stretching as the carpet would not pull up next to the tile. They did the best they could and it does look better. All rooms were cleaned and make the carpet look 10 years younger. Dennis needs to fix the oil leak on his truck as it leaked oil on my concrete driveway. My big complaint is that he wore an IU cap into a house owned by Purdue graduates. In spite of that, I would hire again if we were staying in the area."

He explained everything to me so I was aware of the problems that I had with my shower and he gave me suggestions on what would work for me. "Making the appointment was a pleasant with the lady on the phone.  The person arrived on time.  Cleaned all my rooms and was very nice and took time to get some stains out by going over the spot over and over again until the soil loosened up and came out. <br /> I would see about having my chairs done next time along with my carpet since there is a minimum charge. <br />"

"They arrived on time, toured the house and sprayed spot cleaner on a few areas.  We had done an estimate of cost at their site on-line and were expecting the bill to be in the $189 range.  After figuring up the quote in person, I was told it would be over $330.  I called my husband at work and had the service representative talk to him directly.  I did not speak with my husband afterwards, and apparently should have.  Although they had been told we did not want to buy the bottle of spot cleaner for future use, they included it in the final price.  I was unhappy with the fact that they did not get out the main stains I had wanted dealt with. (The service rep's comment was - "At least they're clean now".) Then, once my husband came home to find they had left the spot cleaner and charged us $18 for it, he was upset as well.  The very next day we drove to their offices in Merrillville to return the unopened product.  They would not give us a refund, stating " The receipt says there are no refunds."  This continued to be their stand, even when informed he had specifically been told we did not want the product.  We had gone with this company because we had heard they do good work.  I not only did not find that to be the case, but then felt cheated and tricked as well. As a side note, anyone considering using them should also know the carpets are left very wet and you have to deal with that for several days.  Although you can walk on them after 24 hours without getting your socks wet, the styrofoam blocks placed under the furniture have to remain for 3-4 days and leave deep dents.  All in all, I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone."
