"FAMB called and I told the owner what needed done. They knew just what to do after that. Gave me an estimate on one day, started the job the next day and completed. Cleaned up nicely everything pretaining to the fence even cut down a Bush that was in the way that grew there over time. The owner does quality work he and his helper. The replacement of my fence is awesome. Love looking out my back now. Highly recommend his service. Professional in his line of work. Nice and courteous to his customer. I will hire this company again."

"Smithwright has contacted me and will be calling me on Monday, May 27 to let me know when he might be able to start. We have gone back and forth via email so that he understand what is needed. As stated, he called Monday and asked if I was available the next day at 9am to have the maintenance performed which was perfect. He called Tuesday morning before 9 to inform me he was running a bit late and would be there between 9:30 and 10. He arrived as promised. We discussed the maintenance to be perfomed including what I was interested in and he evaluated the door and issues and recommended the weatherstripping but stated the sweep was still in decent shape, so I agreed to only the weather stripping. He went to the local Lowes to pick up the necessary materials and returned in reasonable time and began. It took a little over an hour. I reviewed the work and it appeared to be a good job. Bill asked if I had considered a storm door which I stated I had recently. He stated he usually charges for a minimum of two hours but gave me a discount which was appreciated. The entire job cost $193 (including materials). Considering the cost, job quality, and customer service; I would definitely hire Smithwright again for any handyman type work."

"Great service. Eddie Cox come out on a Monday and told me what the worker would do. The worker came out on Wednesday on time both days and did and amazing job. The worker clean up all concrete you would never know they were there.I live in LaPlata had to get permission to widen the end of my driveway. You would never know that that they touch my driveway it look beautiful. I call several concrete companies in Charles county and these company were rude and took week to call me back. One companies I call still waiting for a call back. But thank to 7th State Builders, LLC I got the job done and excellent job. Due to a stroke I had the driveway widen to give me more freedom. So if you need concrete work big or small job call 7th State Builders to get it done right. I am a woman writing this review very happy with this company. Very professional staff to deal with. "The price was competitive, not the cheapest but close, for the same materials as other quotes I received to replace the shingles, gutters and downspouts on a townhome. John, the GC, was great to deal with and the work appears to be well done (no issues). John was pretty responsive with regards to the job and definitely professional. My only complaint is not with the work done but that the delivery truck cracked my driveway and after going back and forth for nearly a year with LKC to repair it I had to lodge a complaint with the BBB just to finally get a reply that I have to go through the delivery company for the repairs which is still ongoing since it has been so long since the actual crack occurred. I should not have had to email and call constantly for a year to be told to go through a delivery company, that I had no dealings with, to have my driveway repaired."

"I gave them a B on price, because it wasn't anything spectacular, but it was certainly fair. After a week or so, it rained and we saw there was a slight leak on the gutters. Mr. McGavin came by on July 4th and fixed it."
