Jason also visited the work site most days and we reviewed the work each time. Jason quickly responded to several concerns we had and solved the problems quickly. The job supervisor, Walter, was also did a great job. Like Jason, he was very responsive to our concerns and ensured that the quality of the work met our requirements. At least one workman came every day, often two. The work was completed quickly and they cleaned up after each work day. We highly recommend VKB kitchen and Bath."

Everyone who contributed to the finished product was professional and pleasant – from Stephen who came out on our time table to inspect the space and provide the estimate, to Shawna who took what we wanted and drew up the plans, to Mr. Munson himself who communicated with us along the way. But the star of the project was James who took the plans and made them come to life. He arrived on time every morning, got right to work, and worked straight through the day. He took the time to double check with me as to placement of things like towel bars, grab bars, placement of mirrors, shower head placement, etc. to be sure that those things were installed to our specifications. And he cleaned up behind himself at the end of each day. It was obvious from the finished product that he took great pride in his work. Our bathroom is beautiful. Yes, there were a couple of minor (very minor) things that needed attention at the end (after all, this was a pretty involved project). AES made good on their motto and made sure that we were happy before they were done. Rich came to replace a defective faucet and Ron came to correct a paint mismatch. Even better is the fact that the final total of the project was right in line with the estimate! There were no hidden or unexpected cost overruns. "Everything from the bidding process, through completion, was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Dimitri and every person who he brought into our home treated it as anyone would want their own to be treated. This was not a small project. They vaulted the ceiling in the living area, completely removing the roof on half the house, and did a full new roof. Matched the existing red oak hardwood flooring, and sanded/re-stained the entire upstairs. All the plumbing and electrical in the entire house was replace. New kitchen, 3.5 new bathrooms, finished basement, combined two bedrooms to make a master suite. New HVAC. New generator…. You name it, and it was done. When all was said and done, I think our two hall bedrooms were the one walls that weren’t torn down. We could not possibly recommend Dimitri and his company (his two sons work with him as well) any higher. They are honest, and hard working. Old school in all the best ways."

I also used John Krause for a repair to my shed from water damage again Daniel and his partner did an excellent job for me. Very please with Daniel and his work.
