"We were pleased with the installation of our fire/security system. The workers explained what they were going to do and showed us how to use the alarm. When they were done the installation, they cleaned up. They also gave us a discount because we went through Angie's List."

"quality is always excellent. Delivery has always been on time. this is the third time I have used Arkansas wood door"

"Nice job...they had to chisel out some of the concrete to fit the door just right at the bottom..you would never know they were there..mixed cement and built up the area..looks good"

"Salesman was straighforward. Good communication throughout the whole process. Good installation. Pricing was fair"

"My windows are too high to clean without a ladder. I have vertigo which makes it impossible for me to clean them myself.
I am ashamed to say it has been years since they were cleaned properly. Ruff's crew came and like a whirlwind had all
my windows and storm doors cleaned within 30 minutes. I was extremely impressed with the job they did and would use
them again.
The only reason I gave the a B for punctuality is that they called and cancelled my first appointment. I had to wait a few
weeks for the second appointment.
A great provider on Angie's List.

"I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. They were very nice & polite, professional men who installed the windows. The windows themselves are 100% perfect. We could not be happier and could kick ourselves for not doing it sooner. They gave us a date in July for Installation. They arrived in May."

"Wonderfully I guess. My next door neighbor who also uses Howard was home for this appointment so I did not have to take vacation time. It was all done by the time I got home."

"The install was done considerably well but the follow up customer service to repair the doors could?ve been better"
