He oversaw several subcontractors including ceiling work, framing/structural work, installation of ceramic tile, plumbing. I brought in my own HVAC subcontractor. He and his twin brother did the IKEA cabinet mounting and base cabinet framing with an eye to precision and accuracy; he also framed out our pantry project to a high level of finish and recommended dimensions for pantry doors for a good final design. "Roger made and installed new cabinets in our kitchen. The cabinets are beautiful. I called him and we met that week to discuss what I was looking for. We discussed and set a price that night. He then gave me a time line of about 6 weeks. I was remodeling my entire kitchen so I had other people lined up to complete other portions of the kitchen. He called and delayed the arrival of the cabinets twice - this caused me to have to reschedule the other people I had coming twice. The total delay was just over a month. He did always return my phone calls, the one month remodel turned into three months without a ktichen."

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
