Vendor identified that additional ductwork was not needed which another bidder was anxious to replace at a much higher cost. Terms and conditions were agreed upon in writing. "Robert was able to unclog the drain, fixed the disconnection pipe - although he missed the 1/2" piece that had fallen onto the floor. Then he was able to hear the freon flowing into the air handler when the fan was off, thus causing the coils to freeze up. Was installed a new contacter and fixed the problem. Charge was $32, which seems kind of high, but is was Sunday and he got the job done, so I am happy. He also quoted me on a new system."
