"RollShield was one of 5 vendors we contacted for information about window opening hurricane protection. We initially worked with Don as our salesman and point of contact. Due to demand, our appointment was set out approximately 7 days and Don showed up on time and prepared with all the information needed. Other vendors tried to give us the "if you sign today" routines however Don was patient with our many questions due to the size of the investment. Ultimately we went with the CrimSafe screens on our window openings, accordion door on our patio slider, and the fabric protection for our front door opening. Had never seen the CrimSafe screens we were somewhat reluctant to purchase without seeing them. Don offered to have us come by his home to see the ones he had installed and we were welcomed into his home to view and "play" with the screens. Sold us 100%. The production and installation were completed as promised even if their busy season. Trey was our installer and there is not a bad thing to say about his skills or customer service. I would highly recommend giving RollShield a call for your window or hurricane protection needs."

"rom the start of the project, Crystian and Richard accommodated our plans and needs for the screen room project. The job went without delay and the screened front porch is an asset to to the house! Rainer and his partner, installers, worked without stopping to complete the project. They even came back twice to adjust to our needs. Definitely consider this company for your project! Part 2! "I waited until we had a few storms before writing this review. During the estimation process we discussed options which resulted in less work for the company and less expense for me. The work the company performed has exceeded all my expectations. There were a few curve balls thrown into the work due to the age and structural strength of the enclosure which the company handled well and with a certain amount of anticipation; they liked the challenge. In addition to the rescreening the company strengthed the enclosure structure with brackets and additional cables, and built a cat door on the lanai. Both of these additions to the original quote were reasonably priced. They were prompt, efficient, friendly, and professional in their work and their personal behavior (language and music choices). The owner of the company headed the project."

"Incredible job it's absolutely beautiful looks like a complete different place. WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY WOULD USE AGAIN in a heartbeat absolutely incredible job. Bill the owner of the business came out to our house and came up with a drawling on putting up a pan roof on our house right on the spot when no other contractor (5 of them) I had out could figure out how to build it across our whole patio due to the angles on our house he is extremely knowledgeable. He showed up when he said he would and His employees showed up every day till job was finished they cleaned up everything in yard and patio when done. You could also reach the owner at all times with questions if needed he answers his phone. My husband and I Learned about different types of aluminum in the process ( people don't realize there are differences in aluminum most contractors use the cheapest material) he uses the best aluminum and you can tell the difference from the rest of my patio. Cannot say enough great things about this company had not one issue from beginning to end worth every penny. All I can say is Incredible awesome beautiful job had no clue it would look so great!!!"
