"Very prompt and quick to respond. First company to reach out to me with the desire to help me out. Great communication and showed up as promised on an Easter Sunday. I realize not the best day for water heater to break. I agreed to pay an additional $100.00 on top of their $124.00 service call price to get my water heater fixed on Easter Sunday. The plumber gave me an estimate of $480.00. Price was a little high, but they did come out at an inconvenient time for everyone. The plumber didn t have what he needed to fix the water heater-said he could come back first thing Monday. I completely understood - nothing was open. The plumber did show up Monday morning as promised and job was completed. The total charge was $549.00. Was very happy with the communication and the job they did."

"I called Cass in November 2021. The hot water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. Richard, the service repairman, came out that day and replaced the heating element. This past week, almost 7 months to the day, no hot water again. Cass was very busy but Richard did make it out in 2 days. It was the heating element again. He replaced it again and mentioned our water was very 'hard'. There was no charge because it was under warranty. I am now planning to have Cass install a new tankless water heater. I would definitely recommend Cass for your plumbing needs. Richard was prompt, personable and qualified. Customer service is great!"
