"Todd and his team are professionals. They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. Not only were they professional and aggressive in resolving the issue, but they were also very responsive to our urgent needs and showed up when they said they would for every visit. Great guys and fair pricing...highly recommended"

I retract a review I previously submitted for The Plumbing Doctor.  What could be considered a miscommunication was overcome in a short time.  John contacted me to make up for the mis-happenings by providing is service complimentary, and I was open to regain the trust that was lost.  We spoke over the phone and scheduled a time for him to come out to my apartment and finalize the few items I had on a punch list that I was needed for a bathroom makeover to be complete (reinstall toilet, shower trim and hook up sink faucet).  He was prompt, and very courteous and even came back a second time to see the work through to its completion.  The Plumbing Doctor is a service that I was grateful of being introduced to through Angie's List.

"Lincoln was A on everything. The only thing is you have to pay in cash for everything, he is an old guy, and don't take checks or charge. He did an tremendous job fixing busted pipes, had lines busted, he gave me an fantastic price, fixed the concrete, and everything. The only thing that I don't like is that they don't take charges, but I was fine with it."

"Despite a bit of a miscommunication and us canceling on him twice, Matt was extremely accommodating, went out of his way to fit us in, and did great work. They used plastic sheeting to protect the entire bathroom and had exhaust running to outside. The smell isn't as awful as expected after reading other reviews. Just smells like spray paint. Will update this review later about how well the finish holds up. Thanks again Matt!

"I went onto a website at 7:00 am in the morning and filled out information stating that I needed a plumber to replace a faulty toilet that my landlord, Amy Read was refusing to replace. Jeff Fendt called me at 7:01 am and said that he could send someone, Steven, at 11:00 am that morning and I couldn't have been happier! Steven not only brought the new toilet but he had the happiest, most easy going personality to go along with his hard working ethics and could not have been any kinder to me, a disabled person. He did a fantastic job! Jeff Fendt also came to my home to deliver an unexpected part that we needed. The price was very good, much better than quoted by NorthShore Plumbers. "This is the plumbing firm you’ve been looking for...they do great work, respond fast and stand by their work, all at a very fair price. I’ve used many firms over the years and they are the best. I had them replace a sump pump and fix a difficult shower leak. They did it for 1/2 of other quotes I received and did a great job. Then a year later, the shower leaked again, just a small amount, but Blendi Amit came right out and fixed it at no cost even though the 1 year warranty had expired. "Outstanding! Tony was able to come to the condo within the hour. He had the missing part and explained what he needed to do and the charges before the work was started. He replaced the valve in quick order (allowing the water to be turned on in the condo) and when he was done, he further clarified what needed to be done to replace the trim kit and provided some options to reduce the overall cost by finding us replacement parts on line. In the end, he saved us an additional $160 by sending us to Home Depot for the new part."
