"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."

"Cass Plumbing was responsive to our request for service. Showed flexibility when we had to request push back the scheduled appoint several times. They repaired the broken pipe in wall and replaced 2 bathtub drains that we provided. Service was excellent. Seemed a bit pricey but isn't that what we always think about the cost of plumbers?"

"We hired 5 Star to remove the old flooring, install new tile, kitchen cabinets, remove wallpaper, and paint inside. The tile contractor ordered too little tile for the job TWICE, leaving us waiting nearly a month for the floors to be done. There are also uneven tiles everywhere, missing grout, and at least one hollow tile. The painters did remove all the wallpaper, but did a terrible job matching the wall texture. It is blatantly obvious where they re-textured and looks really bad. They put such a thin coat of paint on the walls that if you barely brush it, you take off the paint. The price we paid was not any less than other quotes we received so we were disappointed in the quality of work. We would not hire them again."

"The bathroom renovation went Extremely well! The Ateam were a pleasure to work with from choosing materials to demo to completing the job. Javier is very knowledgeable and has great taste. It was a complete remodel -I ordered the bathtub on line but it didn’t arrive when it was supposed to so there was a hold up on my end, however Javier and his team were extremely patient and worked around it until bathtub arrived. They kept the job going and kept the job site tidy and safe. We are thrilled with our new bathroom, it’s an amazing transformation. I highly recommend Javier and his team, best experience we’ve had with contractors and would definitely hire the Ateam again."
