Of all the firms we interviewed, Infinity Exteriors was the best at being the most thorough during the quoting process, going over all details without requiring that they first be awarded the job or be given any sign that they are a finalist. After they quoted the job, they were responsive to every follow up question. During the quoting process, Jake did an excellent job identifying, on his own, special roof and gutter design issues with our home, the kind of detail that the other firms did not notice. He also came up with a creative solution to a known roof issue. At the first meeting at our home, Jake brought roof and gutter materials for my wife and I to review and select, something else that none of the other firms did. As the job date approach this Spring, Scott was accommodating regarding the COVID 19 crisis, respecting our concerns about their crew and our family keeping safe and healthy. As the job progressed, the roofing crew, led by Enrique, was respectful about our concerns about keeping the landscaping undamaged. The gutter crew was also professional. Our gutter system has three issues related to the design of our home. The crew identified two of those issues on their own, brought them to our attention, and developed practical solutions. My wife and I were quite worried that our home would not look the same with asphalt shingles, as our home was built with cedar shake. Jake helped us select an affordable asphalt shingle that he felt could offer a look as special as what we had with cedar shake. To our surprise, once the roof was done, we realized that the choice of asphalt shingle has resulted in a curb appeal that is actually better than what the cedar shake created. Bottom line. "My roof had been leaking into my home when I called. Arber came to inspect my roof and give me an estimate. He was professional and friendly, but not pushy. Pricing was very fair, but the biggest issue for me was time. Since I was getting more damage to the inside of my home with every rain or snowfall, I wanted it done asap. They were able to get started right away. I ended up needing a new skylight that wasn't planned for and Arber was able to get one the same day without any delay in the job. They cleaned everything up and left no trace they were there behind. I am very happy with my choice and will recommend them to others."

"Matt, the owner of WeatherPro Exteriors is always professional. He provided a quote and scope of delivery and followed through as promised. His installers did a wonderful job and were finished in no time. They too, were professional, respectful and polite. The site was all clean when they left. The installation work was of the highest quality. No issues there. My only problem is with the storm windows themselves. The latches on the windows and screens didn't operate properly, a manufacturer's defect. I informed Matt's lead installer, John, who came out immediately to see for himself, what the problem was. He agreed that there indeed was an issue and advised me that he would need to contact the distributor, which he did. After a couple of weeks, the distributor's service man stopped by, and I showed him the problem. He said that he would contact the manufacturer, because it was a manufacturer's defect. That was a month ago. Today I finally received a call from the manufacturer (ProVia) and the service manager said one of his service guys would stop by when he was in the area. He expected that to happen within another four weeks. The average cost per storm window was appx. $306 installed. Kind of expensive when you consider what a brand new complete window costs and the defect resolution that I am chasing. Ironically, I ordered just one storm window to begin with to verify color and quality. It was perfect, so I went ahead with the balance of the order (nine more windows). After they were all installed, I discovered that the nine subsequent windows were all defective. Only the first (sample) storm window, works perfect. Trying to get this resolved is taking quite some time. Seems like everyone says it's someone else's responsibility.
