I met with the representative & when I saw the quality product (Kohler), was able to select what I wanted & have a flexible timeline for work & payments... I was glad I selected this company. I had 1 glitch as the installed shower door was not the 1 I selected. The Project Manager noted the error, obtained the correct door & it was installed. The workmanship is very good & I appreciated the conscientious skills of Edgar, his assistant, Salvador & his wife. "I may have expected a bit too much from an online interior desiging service, but was disappointed at the options offered by the provider. The options offered were very limited and scarce. This re-inforced my initial thought that online interior designing is probably not a good idea as it was difficult to assess the colors and textures of items sent by the provider online (pictures). There was also a long lag in communication once the provider had made contact. The only positive gained from this deal was the suggestion of going to recommended shops for tiles - where I eventually found the stuff I was looking for. The whole experience was not worth the time and effort I put in to give the provider information regarding my expectations for my kitchen.
