After a few hours of diagnosis, he determined the underlying issue was our Denon receiver. He worked with Denon on the phone and found out we needed to replace the 3 year old unit. Fortunately, it was under warranty. He came back out to complete our theater room setup once we got the replacement receiver. We could not recommend Evan more highly for any of your electronics repair and installation as well as home automation. He is amazing to work with."

"Poorly. Old Castle exceeded the one month estimate and completion took 3 1/2 months. They exhibited poor communication skills, were unresponsive and careless, significantly damaging our existing bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, kitchen sink and failed to cover our outdoor terrace, left caked up cement and adhesives on the surface which therefor needs repair/repainting. We eventually agreed a resolution with them but they did not do any of the agreed repairs to our vanities. We have never posted a negative review on social media but strongly recommend that you select a different contractor."
