"I called Fiber Care based on Angie's List reviews. Had previously used Stanley Steemer and was not satisfied with the service. Mario quoted a reasonable price to clean 3 bedrooms, living room, office, and stairs. On seeing lumps in the office carpet, he mentioned that he could stretch that while he was here, something Stanley Steemer couldn't do - would have had to schedule a separate service. The carpet stretching quote was also well priced. Overall, I'm very pleased with this company and will use them again. Responsiveness, timeliness, and quality of work were all excellent. There was no pressure to add other services, and Mario explained his process thoroughly. Three weeks later my carpet still smells fresh and looks great!"

"I called Tim, after reading reviews on Angieslist and left him a message requesting an estimate.  Tim called back quickly and we scheduled for the estimate.  He arrived, with advanced notice, ahead of schedule, looked at what I needed done, answered all of my questions and quoted a price.  He, per my request, emailed the quote and an estimated schedule to get started.  I also got two bids from tile installers referred by my tile supplier.  Tim's bid matched one other installers and the third apparently thought it was a government job.  Tim and his assistant did a very good job installing and grouting the glass tile backsplashes and repairing issues in older tile with missing and cracked grout.  He completed the job over part of three days, always arriving when he said he would, touching up all detailed Items I pointed out and keeping me informed of all pertinent information throughout the job.  Very fair price for the job!
