"Due to pinholes in our 1980 home copper pipe system we needed a complete re-pipe done. Contracted with Plumbing Express. At 9 a.m. four of their specialists went to work with protecting our floors then got busy opening walls and removing the copper pipes. They were all friendly and professional and worked well together. By 6 p.m. we were back in business with all new cpvc piping and our home tidied back up. Our home has 3 bathrooms and the usual appliances and sinks and everything was working when they departed. Impressive! A couple days later their sheetrock guy came out and patched the walls and ceilings and matched the stippling perfectly in the ceiling. They delivered as advertised. I highly recommend Plumbing Express."

"Such an appropriate name for a business! I was referred to Request the Best by a friend and (even though I was outside of their service areas) Jenn and Jonathan came out to my home within hours to help inspect a pipe blockage in my sewer line. They made every step to leave me better off than when we had initially met... even used their excavator to help level out some of my yard! It is too bad for them that I am outside of their district - I will be calling them for any/ all plumbing needs. It is so hard to find trustworthy businesses, I refuse to let them go! "BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"
