"The consultant was responsive and discussing the pricing and installation. The price ended up being a little higher than a competitor, but that competitor was charging me for moving the water heater in order to complete the install and also attempted to sell me a water heater. The consultant indicated that even if the water heated had to be moved, they would not charge it, but also said my water heater was perfectly fine and threw in a wifi thermostat. The technicians showed up on time. The problem arises in that I was supposed to get someone else to come out for quality assurance. I reached out to the consultant to see when that would happen and he said I should hear back from someone in about a week. The install happened on 8/9 and over two months later QA has not happened. On one hand, I didn't feel that they were trying to upsell me, but on the other QA should have happened and I shouldn't have to continue to follow-up about it. If someone called for QA, a voicemail was not left. The consultant called and didn't leave voicemails, but I came to recognize his number. Ultimately, I have a warranty, so I will use Bardi again."
