It looks absolutely beautiful! Nathan explained everything so wonderfully and we were asked for our input for placement of the bars and shelves. The great thing about our experience with West Shore and these men was that it was finished in 8 hours. Plus they called and said the had an opening and wanted to know if we would like our walk-in shower installed 2 days early! Yes please! Thank you guys for doing such a great job! "The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."
