I got a callback within half hour and was told that Tyler was about to finish his work in Palo Alto so he could come in about 1 hour if I wanted. Tyler came on time and explained how he would do it after checking briefly. He started working on very quickly, shut off the water at the meter and knelt down to cut off the leaking valve. He replaced it with a ball valve and soldered the pipes neatly. He even polished the copper pipe at the end. I called many plumbers and these guys were the only ones who not only answered their phone, but were able to come out in a reasonable time. They resolved my initial issue and also noticed a larger problem, namely tree roots growing in the pipes that flow out to the sewer. They were able to get back out there the next business day and got all the roots taken care of. On top of being fast and efficient, everyone was super nice.
