"Everything started out great up until the last 3 months at which time the job should have been finished. Very nice pleasant man, but had a tradgedy in family which made the job go sour. Workmen didn't show unless I called a couple of times. He lost control at this point and costs ran over, subcontractor's work declined, carpet put down unprofessionally. Plumber got held up and left. They covered egress window do had to spend thousands to build new one so work I paid for had to be torn out I imagine if the contractor hadn't lost control it would have saved me thousands of dollars. It's worth hiring him if you have an agreement in writing or however that this cannot happen. Job was estimated $25,000.00 and with things I added and the shabby work that had to be redone and covering my egress it ended up being almost $50,000.00."
