"The entire process went extremely well. They first sent a supervisor to estimate the extent of the problem and determine what equipment and how much equipment would be necessary. Within the same day, the men with the equipment showed up and took readings to determine any and every area that was affected by the water leaks from the roof, brought in fans and de-humidifiers and carefully set them up. They were very respectful of my property and took great care in setting up their equipment so as not to damage walls or furniture. They set up an incredible amount of equipment, explained what each piece did and addressed every concern I had including any possible liability with leaving the equpiment running while I was not at the house. The gentlemen that installed and subsequently removed the equipment were courteous, polite, well-organized and very efficient."

"Two years ago I obtained recommendations from Angie's List and local review panels to receive quotes from three highly rated roofing companies in Miami. I did not move forward at that time, but this summer my roof finally said "Enough, replace me" ! I asked the companies to update their quotes. Two of the companies had increased their prices by a very large amount, telling me material costs had gone up dramatically. Isaacs Roofing had a modest increase which I did not feel was out of line. Isaacs Roofing gave me the best price for our new roof. Isaac came out and helped me pick the style and color of the clay tiles, taking the time to walk around my neighborhood and explaining the differences between neighbors' roofs and guiding me in obtaining the look we wanted for our roof. His office was very impressive with their detailed documentation and the clarity of their contract. Each step was carefully spelled out to me. They immediately sent us the Certificate of Insurance and licensing proof that I asked for. A note of caution to owners looking for work done at their homes....check your home insurance policy. Most require you to only use licensed and insured companies. From reviews that I had read, many mentioned their good experience with their foreman, Stan. I was delighted to find that Stan would be the foreman for our job. What a delight ! Stan walked me through the time frame for our project and confirmed the steps that would be taken to protect our property. His men were diligent in picking up nails at the end of each day, especially important to me because of our two dogs. Our job site was always neat. The crew itself was very friendly and helpful. As the job progressed Stan was always responsive to my many calls with questions....I admit I am anal ! He literally held my hand through the entire process and was amazingly patient, even when I called on the weekends with some random question. We have a very large, complicated roof line and Stan gave me an education on the proper way to re-roof a home to meet or exceed the building codes. He pointed out shortcuts that other roofers may take but why they would use the proper method to increase the strength of our roof. Every inspection was passed on the first call. Our job was completed on time...only delays were solely caused by weather. The only snafu occurred when an independent trucking company delivering the clay tiles damaged a low brick retaining wall around a giant Royal Palm tree in the center of our driveway. The driver immediately took responsibility and called Isaacs Roofing before I had a chance to report it. Stan took care of it and found an experienced guy that repaired and rebuilt the wall...it actually looks better now than it did before it was damaged. I can completely recommend Isaacs Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof. We are very satisfied with their work ethic and their commitment to their client. I felt they went "above and beyond", which is refreshing to anyone that has dealt with construction in Miami."
