"Excellent. Parks Tree provided a quote and certificate of insurance. On the day of the tree removal the crew showed up early. As they removed the tree, the crew kept cleaning up the area. The tree came down in about half a day. Part of the crew stayed to grind the stump, spread dirt, grass seed and hay over the area where the tree had been. The crew was very personable. "The initial consultation was great. Our patio was incorrectly installed and needed to be fixed. John (the owner) and his team did a great job explaining was the errors of the original contractor. They also did a good job with the fix of the patio. The problem is that they broke our sprinkler system, our landscape lighting during the project. Once the patio fix project was complete, John did not respond to most of the text I sent regarding the damage they caused. He did fix the sprinkler system but his team also broke the landscape lighting. It was a severed line which is easy to do. I would have highly rated if they fixed the severed line but he would not respond whenever I reached out."
