"Just wanted to thank Kody DeWitt with Home Genius Exteriors for helping us get our new roof. It was long over due and we were not sure what our options were. That is where Kody came in and walked us through the entire process. He got on the roof and climbed up in a tiny little crawspace that I would never get into. He came down pouring sweat but never missed a beat. After he came down he went over all of issues we had in our crawspace and on the roof. We didnâ t know what to expect but Kody is the man! After going over all the issues he broke down the price and payments. It was a bit more than we expected but we knew Kody was not just trying to sell us. He had our best interests at heart. He actually found a way to make it affordable and we didnâ t have to give up anything the roof needed. We were expecting we would have to wait to get it done but he came Wednesday and the roof will be done today!!!! Wow Kody and Home Genius Exteriors are awesome and we will be sending anyone we know to talk to Kody!!!"

"Chris with Friesen Family Renovations, LLC was very professional and thorough in the work he has completed. He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. He also mounted a television for me, and did some drywall repairs as well. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for quality and dependable work!"

"Quick response, good job on repair."

"Ryan did a great job on our drywall repair. They arrived on time, with all materials to fix the drywall after the plumbing leak. Replaced insulation, drywall, taped and textured. I could not tell where the repair was after they were done!!! I will certainly have them back for others repairs if needed."

"We live in Marietta, GA. I needed gutters repaired on a rental home we have in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Our first estimate from a vendor in the Cleveland Metro Area to only repair the gutters that were damage by high winds was a complete ripoff. That vendor knew we would not be able to come to Shaker Height to see the work done. Then we called KC Roofing from Angis List. KC Roofing installer Josh Cates gave us an estimate that REPLACED ALL THE GUTTERS ON THE HOME for much less that the first estimate we received. So in the words of the Late Great Tina Turner, KC Roofing is "Simply the Best"! I will continue to do business with them in the future!"

"Quality work by technician, just took a few weeks to get them longer to get here."

"I was having problems with my front door not closing, Tyler quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Shortly after, we decided to replace the door entirely so we had Tyler do that for us and it turned out great. I?m so happy we decided to upgrade!"

"My husband and I hired Wes to sand and stain our multi-level deck that was in ROUGH shape. Wes showed up the same day, with a written and itemized quote with a fair price and was able to start the next day. We hired him and are SO glad we did. Not only is he kind and respectful but he does fantastic work. He sanded our deck, replaced the problem areas and stained our deck not once BUT TWICE because we changed our mind on the color. My husband has worked for Sherwin Williams for 10 years and his dad owns a painting company so to say we are particular and a little guarded is an understatement. We would absolutely hire him again for any future projects."

"Jaime is simply the best. I’m unexpectedly moving and needed to get my house on the market. i had a huge list of improvements and repairs to get done to get my house show-ready. He did everything i needed from painting to plumbing to electrical and my long list of “honey-do’s”. He was neat, tidy and efficient. His workmanship is impeccable. I would not hesitate to recommend Jaime for any repair you need. Thanks, Jaime - you’re a lifesaver!"
