(3 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, a family room, a deck and numerous smaller projects) Brent and his team have consistently done an outstanding job. We have trusted them to do several of the projects while we have been out of town on vacation and have returned to wonderfully remodeled rooms. On one occasion they worked with me to complete a surprise garage cabinet installation project for my husband's birthday, finding affordable cabinets, ordering them and arranging to come over and complete the installation while we were away so that it would be the first thing he saw when he opened the garage. They maintain contact with us throughout the project to keep us up to date on how things are going and keep the work area as clean as possible during the remodel. Before they are finished they make sure to leave everything spotless. Brent and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. They have periodically noticed other issues within the home that needed to be addressed, such as a poor wiring job done by a previous contractor, and will point it out to us and make suggestions for repairs when needed. It was an absolute pleasure having Larry and his coworkers in our house everyday. They stayed in communication with us, worked very hard to stay on deadlines, kept our home very clean while it was a work area, and were so respectful of our home. Mike was great to work with in helping us make our vistion a reality and checked in often while work was going on. We had an 8ft large picture window installed where there was previously just a standard single window. The window and the wall they had to cut apart and put back together looks perfect. We added a kitchen island that has transformed cooking and storage in our space and looks like it was always meant to be there. We also had custom shelving made and installed in our living room that runs the length of the wall with our tv on it and frames it just as we had wanted. Lastly, we had an unsightly pole framed in wood to make it better match our finished basement. Practically everyday we comment on how awesome one of our new projects is."

Everyone was patient. Once construction began, we got regular communication about progress. We were frequently asked if we had any questions or concerns. Answers were always timely. Discovery of an unexpected plumbing problem was dealt with quickly and did not delay construction by more than a day or two. It did add to the cost of the project, but it was worth doing for the overall health of the house.
