"We contacted Trevon and he got back to us in a timely manner to discuss our options. We took a couple of days to decide on the color. We then met with Trevon to go over and sign a contract. The contract covered details of cost, including labor and material plus warranty agreement. Price quoted is what we paid. Workers were punctual and worked steadily. They took a reasonable time for lunch break. They were very polite and seemed to be conscientious about their work performance. Trevon did keep an eye on them. He did leave out a couple of times but came back in a timely manner to oversee what was going on. They had a magnet roller that collected most of the nails that were in the yard. They did a real good job of covering the area around the house where the old shingles were going to fall. They cleaned up after themselves each evening. The job took a good two days to complete."

"I had water damage on ceilings throughout my house from leaks due to Hurricane Micheal. My Wife and I had considered a full kitchen remodel at the time of having the ceilings repaired but every contractor we spoke to wanted to do the kitchen and not the ceilings... except for Jorge... his first point of buisness was to make sure that our ceilings were beautiful, and repaired... he even made suggestions that made sense saved money and ended up being beautiful. We had 6 rooms replaced with flat Sheetrock celiengs, and installed recessed lighting, and other accent lights... while we were living in our home... Nashaly and Omar were respectful and courtesous to our need to get in and out of our house with an infant child, they cleaned every night when they finished, asked about and listened to any issues we had and handled them promptly... this was the best experience that we have ever had contracting someone for home repairs..."

Eric and Mike were here for several hours taking measurements and designing the perfect kitchen for our needs. Not only that, but the estimate was free:-) After our initial meeting, Eric followed up on several occasions to find out how his quote and designs compared with other estimates we received. As Mike said, we no longer have grandma's pantry (yes, it was pretty bad - think wallpaper w/ brooms on it and barely enough room for one person to be in comfortably). FL Project Masters broke down a wall, opened up the space inside the kitchen to where we can fit our whole family in at a time if we wanted, and now we have a bar/counter area where we enjoy sitting, talking and watching my husband cook. We love our new kitchen. For the first week, we couldn't stop staring and admiring it and the work FL Project Masters did. I wish there was a place here so you could see a before and after photo. It is truly an amazing transformation. There are other improvements I would like to make on my home, and I would definitely choose to use FL Project Masters again. I highly recommend them!

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"I also asked for estimates on some wood rot repair on the Chimney and dormers.The repairs were done to my satisfaction.
I asked for estimates on some other work and it seemed their estimates high in price.I will obtain other estimates to check their prices.I am not sure if the price for the wood rot repair was a fair one but i contracted the work since they were already on the roof.
