"We contacted Trevon and he got back to us in a timely manner to discuss our options. We took a couple of days to decide on the color. We then met with Trevon to go over and sign a contract. The contract covered details of cost, including labor and material plus warranty agreement. Price quoted is what we paid. Workers were punctual and worked steadily. They took a reasonable time for lunch break. They were very polite and seemed to be conscientious about their work performance. Trevon did keep an eye on them. He did leave out a couple of times but came back in a timely manner to oversee what was going on. They had a magnet roller that collected most of the nails that were in the yard. They did a real good job of covering the area around the house where the old shingles were going to fall. They cleaned up after themselves each evening. The job took a good two days to complete."

"A few hick ups due to weather and not enough materials. But otherwise it went great. The whole team. Was great"

"Upon our first introduction to FL Project Masters, we were impressed from the very start. Eric and Mike were here for several hours taking measurements and designing the perfect kitchen for our needs. Not only that, but the estimate was free:-) After our initial meeting, Eric followed up on several occasions to find out how his quote and designs compared with other estimates we received. He seemed genuinely interested in securing our business, and his demeanor and proactive approach to customer service solidified our choice in picking his company to do the job. Once the job commenced, we couldn't have been more pleased.  Mike was here almost daily and worked several hours at a time to ensure the kitchen would be completed in the estimated time frame. His attention to detail is impeccable. Whenever a hiccup would occur, he would work some magic, apply some expert craftsmanship and the problem resolved. Eric, the company owner and manager, drove us around to several granite yards and tile stores to assist us in picking out the perfect  pieces for our new kitchen. Eric maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the long, arduous six-week process. He would contact us a few times a week to follow up on the progress of the job, as well as come in person to ensure a successful completion that stayed within budget. We couldn't be happier. As Mike said, we no longer have grandma's pantry (yes, it was pretty bad - think wallpaper w/ brooms on it and barely enough room for one person to be in comfortably). FL Project Masters broke down a wall, opened up the space inside the kitchen to where we can fit our whole family in at a time if we wanted, and now we have a bar/counter area where we enjoy sitting, talking and watching my husband cook. We love our new kitchen. For the first week, we couldn't stop staring and admiring it and the work FL Project Masters did. I wish there was a place here so you could see a before and after photo. It is truly an amazing transformation. There are other improvements I would like to make on my home, and I would definitely choose to use FL Project Masters again. I highly recommend them!

"I went amazing they made the process so easy and got my fence done in a reasonable time for a reasonable price I would use them again for more projects."

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

"It was great. I've got a lot of compliments on my roof. They were very professional and everything went smoothly."

"I also asked for estimates on some wood rot repair on the Chimney and dormers. The repairs were done to my satisfaction.
I asked for estimates on some other work and it seemed their estimates high in price.I will obtain other estimates to check their prices.I am not sure if the price for the wood rot repair was a fair one but i contracted the work since they were already on the roof.
