Clay came out on Friday, treated our flower bed, inspected our whole yard and found other spots. He did the treatment and will be coming back next week to check to see how well it worked. They came out a few days after i called on and gave me an estimate on 6-29-20 and set a live trap in the attic, caught the racoon, humanely released it in the woods 5 miles away, re-set the trap, caught a 2nd racoon, came the next day and released that raccoon in the woods, and then caught a third racoon and released it accordingly. Then they set traps in the attic for smaller varmits. And I had Chris put up a dozen metal grills to cover the soffit openings that had been covered with screen for the last 40 years. I first noticed one broken screen 4 years ago and heard some noise in the attic periodically through the years. Wish I had called them in 2016. They also sprayed inside and that really took care of the roach problem! I never had it done before because of the dog, but that wasn't a problem because they used a pet-friendly pesticide. It all cost around $650 but was well worth it."

"When we signed up the contract, they had mentioned (not promised) that it would last up to 1 year. After 3 months, all kinds of bugs started showing up. When I contacted them, they were responsive but asked me to take pictures of bugs and send them. I sent them at least 4. Now, they would blame it on weather, outside bugs, unlucky house, and everything else under the sun. When confronted as to why outside bug did not show up for the first 3 months after spray, they did not have an answer. Their response range from Mocking to Shouting."
