"I was extremely enthusiastic to hire this pro despite the fact their estimate was significantly higher then the other estimates I got. I was truly impressed with Jose Cabreras presentation of the project and how he will tackle the problem and make it right. I had the understanding that roofing system would cover the gutter system and shingles that were on the roof in bad condition but I had to pay more to get the gutter system installed and even though I had to close one extra day of work and the work continued to be on going for on more day and my bathrooms vent systems do not work after the ceiling tiles change . I was shocked however that the interior work guys replacing the tiles did not cover any of my tables , chairs and other condiments to protect from unbelievable amount of debris and dust making us work three days constantly to clean and it is still work in process!!
