"We a a flood and received a list of recommendations for contractors. We immediately connected with Simon and hired Modern build solutions. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. They were always on time, vey trustworthy and extremely detail oriented. The crew he employs clearly has been with him for many years, They finished very close to estimated timeline, any delays were out of their control. They remodeled our kitchen, primary bathroom, replaced our roof and pave the back yard! I couldn’t be happier with the results! I’m very impressed with Modern Build Solutions Thank you."

"Edwardo and his team were very professional and proficient and their work was very good. And the initial work was completed in 2 days with the exception of the glass being installed on a pony wall. Another exception was the reseal of our master shower (not a part of the tub to shower conversion) that had to be redone due using caulk that was not compatible with marble. Martinez (glass installer) did a nice job installing the glass on the pony wall and also he completed the re-caulk of the master shower. Would highly recommend 5 Star Bath."

"We were impressed with Lance's business model. He has his own crew that he manages, which means that we were not waiting for sub-contractors. His crew was wonderful, very nice folks, and always cleaned up after themselves before they left for the day. They did a wonderful job on our bathroom remodels and putting down new flooring. Very reasonable pricing. We will definitely use him and his crew again for future projects."

"Beautiful workmanship, quality cabinets! Don was so easy to work with from start to finish. He listened to our ideas, measured our kitchen and made my dream kitchen come true. The masterful design demonstrates the quality craftsmanship in each cabinet, drawers and the details such as the soft closing mechanisms and six way adjustable hinges. The cabinets were installed with precision and right on time. I strongly recommend DJ's Cabinets and will be using them for the bathroom remodel in the future. These beautiful birch wood far exceeds the big box store options. I love these exquisite custom cabinets that were made with pride!"

"Excellent service and reasonable price!! They also painted the walls. I would definitely use them again and recommend them."
