"I called Pasco Pump, (found them here), after calling another plumbing outfit I had found on Google.  I had no hot water in the tub/shower in a rental unit that had just been rented, but no amount of money would get that first company out here that afternoon.  I realized it was late in the day, (4PM), but ... come on!

On the phone, Sue was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, and in person Bill was presentable, personable, and professional.  Not to mention a nice guy to boot.  I will definitely use Pasco Pump from now on, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
P.S.  Something that matters to me as a veteran is that Bill is too.  A Marine, but I didn't hold that against him!  ;-)"

He quickly identified those portions of the system that were functioning and not functioning. "Had issue with septic tank overflowing when heavy use such as washing multiple loads of laundry. Had 2 other septic tank companies and both immediately went to "you need to replace your drain field". No analysis or testing just straight to the $10 K to $12 K estimates. Then Jeff from Tampa Bay Plumbers came out and explained their process. The end quote for a new drain field was about 4-5 k less depending upon if we had to have a a pump also installed. That was awesome to hear in itself. But first he said that we should do the following, pump out the tank and then get to the distributor box and see if may be something was wrong there. Wow he was going to actually diagnose the problem. Refreshing. So their techs came out the next day, one pumped out the tank while the other dug around the distributor box. Low and behold the box was filled with sludge. The system is over 20 years old. He thoroughly cleaned out the box and tank of sludge and the pipes leading into the drain field. Those too had some sludge about 2 feet from the box but he was able to clear them as well. So although we suspect the drain field may need replacement in the future, we think we have a few more years before that is needed and appreciate a company who wants your business by not jumping to the most expense "fix" when it is NOT necessary. Professionalism and honesty earns them my plumbing and septic work from now on. If you are smart you will always call them to at least get a quote for any of your plumbing needs."

"Fantastic!   Randy Mason is an incredibly detailed-oriented and work-caring professional who obviously loves his work and want to do it perfect.  Since this swim system is not very known Robert Pruitt, Atlantis Water Services owner, stayed with him so both men made sure they were doing it right.  It took them 2 hours just to remove cautiously the Baldor 7.5HP motor, making sure the pump blades under and the 10" piping would be OK and protecting the opening while the motor was sent out for repair.

They worked so well that I already told Robert I want him to come maintain my pump twice a year to check it out.  I would not trust that Riverflow pump system in any other hands than Atlantis.
