"After trying and failing to clear my clogged kitchen sink, dealing with two toilets that did not work properly (one had a refill tube that kept popping off, and the other did not fill/flush properly), and listening to a leaky faucet, I knew it was time to call professionals. The Clean Plumbers came promptly as scheduled. The plumber, Larry, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He had to climb on the roof to clear the clogged drain line, which he did very efficiently. He adjusted the fill tube on the master bath toilet and repaired the leaking faucets. He also rebuilt the inside of the toilet tank in the main bathroom. The "clean plumber" isn't just an advertising ploy. No mess was left for me to clean up, and Larry wore shoe covers inside the house. I would definitely recommend this company."

"There are some companies who do just enough to get the job done "semi-adequate", and then there are others who really go above and beyond who take pride in their work and are incredibly thorough. That is the type of company you have here! Trent and Daylon were very thorough in hydro-jetting my main sewer line. They also cleaned out the filter that goes from my septic to my drainfield. (Which was the above and beyond part.) Wasn't charged for that:) Pricing was very reasonable! So nice, in this day and age, to see a company who really cares about customer service, and a job well done! Thanks guys! I will be using you from now on!!!"

"This was a great experience. I called this morning to see if I could get service “claim the deal” they currently have going on for a replacement of an outdoor hose faucet, ours currently rusted onto the the hose. Promise was able to get me scheduled same day (excellent news!), she provided a text communication when technician was enroute. Charlie/Charles arrived 30 minutes after text communication, he had to take a call from his boss soon after arriving and apologized profusely about it afterward (very professional in my opinion). We went over the issue we were having, he said it fit within the parameters of the deal that they currently have running and got right to work. He asked where the main water line was, we weren’t able to locate it together (just bought the home), he said no problem. He turned off the water at the meter. He changed out the faucet with a quarter turn handle, which is much nicer in my opinion for quick every day use & full pressure release of the water. He was in and out of the job in an under an hour. He also made notes on the receipt about how to salvage the hose which was in good shape other than being rusted at the tip of the faucet connection."

"The technician that came out to our home, I forgot his name, was very professional and courteous.  It was very clear he was experienced and confident in the task at hand.  Within a very short period of time, he pinpointed the exact location of the leak and also confirmed it was the only leak.  He was not able to repair the leak, since they are a detection service, but that was OK because we have a great plumber - Aaron at Tayler Made. <br /> We would highly recommend I Find a Leak to anyone who finds themselves in the same predicament. <br />"
