"Had Carr out about a year and a half before starting project to 'bid' and they were good enough to 'update' bid prices over the phone so that I could compare w/ other companies vying for the work. They also referred three electricians, all of whom were good 'leads', two of whom were extremely professional and helpful in their bidding the electrical aspect. I'm particularly grateful that D'Andrea Electric insisted we contact TECO before installing TruTankless!!! We could have cut through months of 'B.S.' had the second plumbing company been as upfront about the very real possibility that our amperage wasn't sufficient to the power surge of a Tankless system! Even when we were about to go w/ Tankless, Carr gave us another excellent referral of FWT to install the water softener at less cost than Kielty had been quoting. It was with almost relief that we finally realized Carr's bid for the hybrid we ended up going with instead was (most) reasonable so that we gave both the work of putting in the water heater AND the water softener to them. Carr came out as quickly as they could (after months of being in limbo, we were up against holiday/travel plans) and installed both systems in one morning. When the county called for additional 'venting' to clear the permit, Chuck, our installation fellow was 'on it' immediately. It's always nice to have the permit inspectors say, '_____, good company!' as they did when they heard Carr had done both installations. We feel fairly confident that we'll have years of service from both the Rheem and the Fleck system or if there are future problems, Carr will stand behind us through any warranty 'issues'."
