"I'd like to say how impressed I am with this company and the service they provided us today. This is the first time we've had a home with a well and this morning I discovered we had no water at all. I thought it might be the well pump, which had no warranty from the previous owner. So, I called this company at 7:30 am and got an immediate answer! They said they'd be out at 11:30 today. Wesley actually arrived a little earlier than that. He discovered that a lizard had gotten trapped in a switch box and by clearing it out the problem could be solved. Sure enough it was! And it was all of $139 for the visit and parts. I had imagined hundreds if not thousands of dollars today! Well done, Bay Area Pump and Well!"

Had several quotes but went with Cass as they were reasonable and gave me options. Lui was very professional. Knew exactly what needed to be done. Completed the work in a reasonable time. "Everything went very well. Called David’s on a Sunday when our well pump stopped working. Left a message, and was called back within just a few minutes. 15 minutes later, David’s nephew was here and quickly narrowed the problem down to a failed capacitor and control box. He also offered to replace the pressure switch assembly, which although still working was likely to soon fail. They had the parts on the truck, and had us back up and running within an hour. Excellent customer service from a neighborhood family owned business. We would definitely use their service again in the future."

"They answered my call right away and set up an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately they came out with a 1 hp pump instead of 1.5 hp pump. I told the person who sets up the appointments that the pump was so old couldn't tell what size pump I had. They only brought out the smaller pump. So they had to come back the next day. Not a huge deal. Job itself was done very well and would have them back to do other work."

Mr. Green calculated that on the spot, it was the best, so I said replace the system. Not only were they quick, professional and clearly very competent, they suggested covers for the in-ground system that make it look neat as well as keep the dirt out. So impressed, I asked them to check the sprinkler controller system, also old. It's a commercial one serving over 30 sprinklers. That was replaced, programmed, and explained. After nearly3 hours hard work, they left everything very neat and tidy. I plan to have them do my annual sprinkler check. Cannot praise them enough."

"Very professional and punctual. They were the first to respond to my inquiry over the Thanksgiving Day holiday and scheduled me 2 days later to come out and inspect my well pump. It was short cycling. Hunter was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions and describe the issue to me. He quickly replaced the bladder and even closed off a hose pipe that was leaking at no additional charge.
