We had a Kohler faucet that was several years old and begin to malfunction. I contacted Jim to replaced the Kohler provided valve and replace our garbage disposal. To no fault of Jim's the valve did not work and the pressure from the sink was very low. There was an issue with the supply line that was inadvertently compromised. It was necessary to dig up my neighbor's landscaping, so they were very careful to disturb only what was necessary and to restore everything to its original condition.
