"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Emory informed me that the gutter backing was shimmed to the frame of the house with the hardyplank siding leftovers. :( He reinforced the backing the way it should have been from the start. Very knowledgeable and great work, would recommend Emory for any job,big or small!"

"This is a small business but the owner came to our house and determined our lower double oven thermostat had failed after running a self clean cycle. We decided to replace both thermostats since the oven was built-in and 20 years old. He returned with a helper a few days later and with a lift system to put the oven on since it couldn't be placed on the floor. His parts and labor price were reasonable and we avoided buying a new unit."

"With the exception of things that were extraneous to the job, things went very well. Had the job been more tedious or demanding he was more than willing and capable of doing it."

He came ready to work instead of just giving a bid. I couldn't ask for a nicer or more professional Handyman. Thank you Home Advisor, I now have someone to call with all my misc. repairs...
