I have been using Wright Construction and Roofing since 2018 and I will never trust another roofer. This company a family-owned business based in the Acworth, Kennesaw, Woodstock area. I am told that they service as far as Roswell, Marietta, and Alpharetta, but I truly think they should have franchises across the US. I most recently called Wright Construction because I suspected that I had some roof damage due to recent storms. Rodney was friendly, highly professional, and very responsive. Fortunately for me, Rodney was already near me so he arrived within the hour to assess my roof. This family run business cares a lot about their name and I am not surprised to see a 5-star rating on Google. I fully endorse this company as the best roofing company near me!"

"After sustaining tornado damage to our cabin roof in May, we contracted with RRG Roofing. The contract stated specific structural carpentry work to be done to repair damage. RRG requested, and was given, more money over and above the original adjuster's estimate to cover this damaged area. However, the RRG "carpentry", and I use the term loosely, was substandard and would never have passed an inspection. (RRG didn't pull a permit for this job, although one was required by the county for structural work.) This substandard work, which for brevity purposes was new structural lumber sections not being scabbed in or attached in any way, was pointed out to multiple RRG people the day of the roof job, including the crew leader, project manager, and the original salesman. Pictures were also provided multiple times to multiple people at the RRG main office, including the Warranty specialist and the Production manager. RRG was also notified in writing of all deficiencies, including this. RRG refuses to address this issue, although it was documented in the same photos as other significant issues they have addressed. The sales manager, whose name had been given to us several times as the person who could work with us on this issue, flatly refused to do so. This job was paid in full, and we had faith that RRG would stand behind their work and address any and all deficiencies."

"All new roof thanks to Xtreme Xteriors and their professional perseverance! The damage initially started with a huge hail storm June 25, 2025, and further wind and hail damage in subsequent storms. Two other roofing companies said it could not be done. My insurance company turned it down 3 times. Phillip Groover was amazing. He would not give up. They finally agreed to covering half of the roof. BUT Phillip would not stop there. 5 visits, photos, videos, negotiations. He got me 100% coverage. I paid for my homeowners insurance on time for years and I was so upset that they would not cover the damage, and I'm so thankful Phillip (and Andrew) got it done. "After the high pressure sales tactics and 4 hours, we decided to have 12 windows replace. They sold us on the lifetime warranty for product and installation. 10 years later the uv coating is failing and looks tremble. Called their customer service # and was informed that the manufacturer canceled the warranty and will not replace the window sashes without me paying $180 per sash. Each window has 2 sashes and would be $360 per windows times 12 windows equals $4320. Don't fall for their tactics and fake warranties. "

"Called and left messages for over a month to get them to resolve issues. Finally had to go to their office to get someone to talk to me. There was a 1" gap at the back chimney that you could see through from the attic. They assured my wife the flashing had been installed correctly but they would fix. Asked that they check the flashing on the other chimneys which they assured us they did but now have leak in into my bedroom. I will be calling another contractor to fix their poor workmanship."
