"SAME DAY SERVICE AND REPAIR!!! The scheduled me for next day (July 4th, wow), but said they had a guy in the area and if he had time, he could at least look at my dryer. He stopped by, 2 hours later, diagnosed the problem, left to get the part and had my dryer fixed within 2 hours. The cost was very reasonable."

"I wish I had used these people earlier. I ordered a part for my dryer and was able through their instructional video to fix it myself. Let me tell you I am "mechanically challenged" in just about every way.
